To help our customers save on delivery costs our standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you would like your order sent 1st class please just choose it as a delivery option during checkout. Please note that we do not include paper invoice’s with our orders to save on paper waste, however if you wish to receive a paper invoice just let us know.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and items need to be retrned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds/Exchanges cannot be issued on personalised orders.
